University House Members and Guests are invited to a Champagne Masterclass with Director of Imports Stephane Barlerin from Duval-Leroy - a family business and a French institution has dedicated itself to the noble craft of champagne-making since 1859.
Duval-Leroy have always been driven by a quest for high standards and innovation in every aspect of the business, from quality, consistency and certification through to partnerships with sommeliers and chefs.
Following in the footsteps of Carol, their “lady of champagne”, her three sons Julien, Charles and Louis have now come on board to perpetuate the house spirit.
